Founded in March 2007, but built on years of experience, Complete Property Investment has a simple ethos. We source top quality investment properties in the US and the UK and support our investment case with independent research and industry knowledge that gives you the ability to make an informed decision.

We underpin all of this with a commitment to providing a level of service to each and every client that is second-to-none in the industry.

Our Properties

Every property we agree to sell must fulfil at least three basic criteria: it should deliver positive cashflow, it should be in an excellent location and there must be a viable and established exit route to realise the value of any capital gains. Whether you're buying a holiday home or a pure investment, sticking to these fundamental principles minimises the risk and maximises the probability of achieving the return on your investment that you are looking for

Any time we decide to launch a new product, it is the product of extensive due diligence work - it has to be. We put our money where our mouth is by investing in properties ourselves and we take pride in our commitment to offer you facts and reasoned analyses – not future-gazing rhetoric.

We ask more due diligence questions than our peers and we do more independent research and financial modelling to reinforce our conclusions.

This is why we have a smaller product range than some other agents out there. Finding the right investment product requires selecting the best of the best - and, quite simply, there are not that many genuinely outstanding investments out there.

The Complete Service

In most agencies, the sales figures are king but we take a different view. With us, the focus is sharply on our clients and meeting their respective investment needs. Of course we need to make sales to exist, but we reason that if we look after our clients better than anyone else and build long term relationships, then the sales figures will follow.

We don’t therefore measure our success by the volume of sales we make – we measure it by the repeat business that our clients decide to give us and so far more than half of our clients have come back to us for more.

We are very aware of the responsibility that our position as property sales brokers entails, and we take our jobs very seriously. At the forefront of our minds is the fact that our potential customers are often considering investing large portions of their life savings, pensions or children’s inheritance. This is a decision that is not taken lightly – and nor should it be.

Whether you are a seasoned investor or taking your first step on the property ladder, we are completely focused on ensuring that you are looked after every step of the way. We earn commission on selling property to you and we strongly feel that we should provide you with value for money for that commission. This isn’t just a claim, our existing customers will testify to this.

We will help you to arrange mortgages, refer you to independent legal, accountancy and insurance experts and if you have any specific other needs, then tell us. If we don’t have any specific contacts in place that can help you, then we will make some enquiries through our network and find someone you can rely on.

We want to make purchasing your property a lucrative investment for your future but we also want it to be a stress-free experience and we will go further to ensure that than anyone else.
