Our PropertiesEvery property we take on fulfills at least three basic criteria: it should deliver positive cashflow, it should be in an excellent location and there must be a viable and established exit route to realise the value of any capital gains. Sticking to these fundamental principles minimises the risk and maximises the probability of achieving the return on your investment that you are looking for. Any time we decide to launch a new product, it is the product of extensive due diligence work - it has to be.
