The Nationwide Survey shows house prices dropping again in April but then, according to the Telegraph, the figures without any seasonal adjustment, actually showed an increase... Are we now bumping along the bottom of a stagnant market or is it just a minor bounce in a declining market? Who knows - I think we've got further to fall but for those of us buying substantially below market value the uncertainty is a great advantage at the moment.

The Daily Star has found Britain's cheapest streets to buy property.

Protect the equity in your BMV deals against further market falls. This is a very interesting new financial product that you may have heard about at our networking evenings from David Worrow. It's a totally new idea and is now up and running.

It's basically a form of option agreement that allows you to lock in the full market value of any properties in your portfolio (either new or existing) for an upfront fee. There are some great ways to use this creatively in structuring your BMV deals so that you can cement your capital gain from day 1.
